1. Agreement to These Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of regalrecruits.org (the "Site") and every program, course, book, digital download, membership and mentorship service offered through it (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Regal Recruits Academy ("Regal Recruits", "we", "us", "our").

By using the Site, submitting an application, or completing a purchase, you confirm that you have read, understood and agreed to be bound by these Terms and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

2. Eligibility & Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to purchase from us or enroll in a program. You agree that the information you provide in any application, enrolment form or checkout is accurate and complete.

You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity that occurs under your account. Accounts, program access, downloads and course licences are personal to you and may not be shared, resold, transferred or sublicensed. Notify us immediately at support@regalrecruits.org if you suspect unauthorised use of your account.

3. What We Offer

For the purposes of these Terms, and in particular for the refund policy in Section 6, our Services fall into three categories:

• Physical products — tangible goods shipped to you, such as hardcopy printings of The Trading Handbook and any other physical merchandise.
• Digital products — anything delivered electronically and consumed on demand, including e-books and PDF downloads, self-paced online courses and lessons, recorded video and audio, templates, tools, knowledge-base access, and in-platform virtual items such as Arena Chips.
• Mentorship programs — live, human-delivered coaching engagements such as the Millionaire Maker Mentorship and the Billionaire Bootcamp, which include scheduled one-on-one or group sessions with a mentor.

Where a program bundles more than one category (for example, a mentorship that also grants access to a digital course), the mentorship refund terms govern the engagement as a whole, subject to Section 6.4.

4. Applications & Admission

Certain programs are application-based and offered at our discretion. Submitting an application does not guarantee admission, and we may decline any application without stating a reason. Where a program requires an interview or an approval step, your place is confirmed only once we notify you in writing and your payment has cleared.

Program dates, cohort schedules, session formats, curriculum and mentors may change. We will give you reasonable notice of material changes, and where we cancel a program outright before it begins, you receive a full refund of amounts paid for that program.

5. Pricing & Payment

Prices are shown at the point of purchase and are quoted in the currency displayed at checkout. Unless expressly stated otherwise, prices exclude taxes, duties and shipping, which are added or collected where applicable.

We accept payment by card and by cryptocurrency through third-party payment processors. Those processors handle your payment details under their own terms and privacy policies; we do not store full card numbers or wallet private keys.

• Cryptocurrency payments are credited on network confirmation. Because blockchain transactions are irreversible, any approved refund on a crypto purchase is issued in the same cryptocurrency, at our reasonable determination of the value received, to a wallet address you supply. Network fees and exchange-rate movement between purchase and refund are not reimbursed.
• Failed, reversed or charged-back payments may result in immediate suspension of access until the balance is settled.
• Instalment plans, where offered, commit you to the full program fee. Missing a scheduled instalment may suspend access until the account is brought current.

6. Refund Policy

Refund eligibility depends on what you bought. The summary below is binding and is expanded in Sections 6.1 to 6.5.

6.1 Physical products — 15 days

You may request a refund on a physical product within 15 days of the date it is delivered to you. To qualify, the item must be unused, undamaged and in resalable condition, with any packaging, seals and inserts intact.

• Contact support@regalrecruits.org within the 15-day window to obtain return instructions. Returns sent without prior authorisation may not be accepted.
• Return shipping is your responsibility unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or was not what you ordered — in which case we cover it and replace or refund the item in full.
• Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method (or, for crypto purchases, per Section 5) within 10 business days of our receiving and inspecting the returned item.
• The original shipping charge is refunded only where the return is due to our error.
• A signed, numbered or otherwise personalised copy that has been used, marked or damaged is not eligible for return.

6.2 Digital products — no refunds

All sales of digital products are final and non-refundable. This includes e-books and PDF downloads, self-paced courses and lessons, recorded video and audio content, templates and tools, knowledge-base and dashboard access, and virtual items such as Arena Chips.

Digital products are delivered immediately on purchase, cannot be returned, and their access cannot be revoked in any meaningful sense once the content has been viewed or downloaded. By completing a digital purchase you expressly request immediate access and acknowledge that you thereby lose any statutory right of withdrawal that would otherwise apply to distance sales of digital content, to the extent the law of your jurisdiction permits that waiver.

If a digital product fails to deliver, will not download, or is materially different from what was described, that is a delivery failure rather than a change of mind: contact us and we will fix access or, where we cannot, refund that purchase.

6.3 Mentorship programs — 30 days or 2 sessions

You may cancel a mentorship program and request a refund within the first 30 days of your enrolment, or before the completion of your second mentorship session — whichever comes first. Once either limit is passed, the program fee is non-refundable.

• The 30-day period runs from the date your enrolment is confirmed, not from the date your first session is scheduled or attended.
• A "session" means any scheduled live one-on-one or group mentorship call, workshop or coaching meeting that you attended. Once two such sessions have taken place, the refund window is closed even if fewer than 30 days have elapsed.
• A session you miss without at least 24 hours' notice counts as a session held.
• Requests must be made in writing to support@regalrecruits.org and take effect from the date we receive them.
• Approved refunds cover the program fee and are processed within 10 business days. Access to program materials, dashboards and the network ends on refund.
• Application, assessment or interview fees, where charged separately, are non-refundable.

6.4 Bundles

Where a mentorship program includes digital materials, a refund granted under Section 6.3 is calculated on the program fee less the standard published price of any digital product you have already downloaded or any physical item shipped to you and not returned under Section 6.1.

6.5 General refund terms

• Refunds are issued to the original payer and original payment method only.
• We do not refund purchases where these Terms have been breached — in particular where content has been shared, resold, redistributed or used to create a competing offering, or where access was obtained fraudulently.
• Filing a chargeback instead of contacting us first may result in permanent loss of access. We will supply our records to the payment processor in response.
• Nothing in this Section limits any non-waivable statutory right you have as a consumer under the law of your jurisdiction.

7. Participant Conduct

You agree not to: record, screenshot, transcribe or redistribute sessions or materials without our written consent; share your access with anyone else; harass or abuse mentors, staff or other participants; solicit other participants for unrelated commercial purposes; or attempt to probe, scan, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Site, its accounts, its payment flows or its underlying systems.

Discussions inside our programs and network are confidential. Information other participants share about their finances, businesses or personal circumstances stays within the program.

8. Intellectual Property

All content we provide — courses, lessons, books, frameworks, worksheets, recordings, software, branding and the Site itself — is owned by Regal Recruits Academy or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other laws. On purchase you receive a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use that content for your own education. You may not copy, publish, resell, sublicense, distribute, or create derivative or competing works from it, and you may not use it to train machine-learning models.

Feedback, testimonials and content you submit remain yours; you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to use them to operate and promote the Services, and you may withdraw that permission for future promotional use by writing to us.

9. No Financial Advice

Regal Recruits Academy is an education business. We are not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, portfolio manager, financial planner, accountant or law firm, and nothing on the Site or in any program constitutes financial, investment, trading, legal, tax or accounting advice, or a recommendation, offer or solicitation to buy or sell any security or other instrument.

All content is general educational information and does not account for your objectives, financial situation or needs. Simulated or paper-trading features, model portfolios and scored challenges are learning tools and do not reflect real market execution. Trading and investing carry substantial risk, including total loss of capital. You are solely responsible for your own decisions and should obtain independent advice from a licensed professional before acting.

10. No Guarantee of Results

We make no promise of income, profit, returns or any other outcome. Any figures, case studies or testimonials describe individual experiences and are not typical, guaranteed or a promise of what you will achieve. Your results depend on factors outside our control, including your effort, experience, capital, risk tolerance and market conditions.

11. Limitation of Liability

The Services are provided "as is" and "as available". To the maximum extent permitted by law we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement, and we do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, secure or error-free.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Regal Recruits Academy and its officers, staff and mentors are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive or exemplary damages, or for lost profits, lost capital, trading or investment losses, lost data, or lost opportunity, arising out of or relating to the Services — whether the claim is in contract, tort or otherwise, and whether or not we were advised of the possibility.

Our total aggregate liability arising out of or relating to the Services is limited to the amount you actually paid us for the specific Service giving rise to the claim in the 12 months preceding the event. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.

12. Suspension & Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access, without refund, if you breach these Terms, if your payment fails or is reversed, or if your conduct puts other participants, our staff or our systems at risk. You may stop using the Services at any time; the refund rules in Section 6 govern what, if anything, is returned to you. Sections 8 through 11 and 14 survive termination.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The revised version takes effect when posted with an updated "Last updated" date. The Terms that apply to any purchase or enrolment are those in force at the time of that purchase or enrolment. Material changes to the refund policy do not apply retroactively to purchases already made.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada applicable there, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. The courts of Ontario have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, save that either party may seek injunctive relief in any competent court, and save for any non-waivable right you have to bring proceedings in your place of residence.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, it is severed and the remainder stays in force.
